AI Customer Support: a Telegram bot that answers by itself A case study by Ansh Kapuriya

Hi, I’m Ansh. I built AI Customer Support. Ask me anything about it.
I’ve typed your first question below. Just press send.
What is this support bot?
A Telegram assistant that answers customers by itself. It knows who’s asking, looks up their latest order, works out what they want and replies in seconds, at any hour.
- Type
- AI support automation
- Channel
- Telegram
- Built with
- n8n and Groq
- Result
- 70% of common questions answered
What problem did it solve?
The same few questions all day. Where’s my order? How do I return this? I can’t log in.
Each one waited in a queue for a person, even though the answer was already in the system.
How does it get the answer right?
- A message arrives on Telegram.
- The bot cleans it up and finds the customer’s account.
- It fetches their latest order, so the answer has real details in it.
- An AI model on Groq, which is very fast, sorts the message into one of six intents: order status, returns, password reset, FAQ, complaint or refund.
- Each intent has its own reply step with the right facts and tone.
- The reply goes back on Telegram, and a support ticket is saved.
What about an angry customer?
Complaints get their own path. The bot replies politely, and the ticket is saved so a person can follow up.
The bot takes the routine questions. Your team gets the ones that need a human.
Can it work on WhatsApp or my website?
Yes. The thinking in the middle stays the same; only the first and last steps change. WhatsApp, a chat box on your site, Instagram DMs or email all work.
What would it cost?
A support automation like this starts at $149 and takes 1 to 2 weeks.
AI usage is billed at cost, with no markup.
Can you build one for my shop?
Yes. Send me the questions you answer most and where your order data lives. I’ll reply with a plan, a price and a date.
