Hi, I’m Ansh. I built Brand Deal Tracker. Ask me anything about it.

I’ve typed your first question below. Just press send.

What is the Brand Deal Tracker?

A private web app for a content creator. Every brand deal, client and posting date lives in one calendar, so nothing promised to a brand slips.

Type
Web app
Built for
A content creator
Tracks
Brand clients, paid posts, posting dates
Result
Every deal in one calendar

How was it done before?

Before, more or less

Deals lived in DMs, emails and phone notes. When five brands want posts in the same week, one gets forgotten, and that’s a client you don’t get back.

What does it look like day to day?

Open it and it greets you, then shows today: posts due, posted and not posted. Next to that, the month calendar. Below, today’s list with All, Not posted and Posted filters.

The home screen

Is it quick to add a deal?

Yes. Press N for a new post, C for a new client, or ⌘K to search. Each post belongs to a client, so you can count posts per brand.

What else does it do?

  • Analytics per client and per month
  • A clients page with every brand you’ve worked with
  • Live sync, so a change shows up everywhere at once

Who else could use something like this?

  • Creators and influencers
  • Small agencies managing several creators
  • Social media managers posting for many clients
  • Freelancers with recurring deliverables

A web app like this starts at $249 and takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Can you build one for me?

Yes. Tell me what you juggle today and where it lives now. I’ll reply with a plan, a price and a date.
